GT-studio lets you create groups of existing members so you can bulk assign them to tasks. This feature is helpful if you have a large number of annotators.

Create a group

  • Click on theat the bottom left of your left-hand sidebar.

  • Select the Groupssection at the top.

  • Click New Group.

  • Type a name for the group, and click Add Members.

  • Now you can add members to this group.

Assign Group(s) to a Task

  • Select User Management in a Maker or a Review task.

  • Select the Groupssection at the top.

  • Select theGroupsyou want to add, and click Add
