The header consists of a tool to add doodles and highlight errors on segmented images.
After adding a doodle on the canvas, the user can pick the error type based on its severity.
Once you select the error, it gets listed on the right sidebar, where you can record further details about the error.
You can also provide additional information under each error detail in the form of an attached comment.
