Performing QC for Image & Video Annotation

1. Steps to generate a QC :

  1. Click on any submission to generate a QC or to view jobs in the submission.

  2. Click on Generate QC button on the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Enter all the necessary details required, such as:

    • QC Name - Name of the quality check

    • Sample Percentage - the sample number out of the total images/sequences on which the QC is to be done

    • Frame Intervals - It is only required for jobs that have Video and LiDAR data. For longer sequences, we suggest keeping high frame intervals and a high sample percentage to ensure the sample represents many sequences.

    • Assign reviewers - Assign reviewers who are going to QC the sampled data. It will display all the members of your team who have finished the signup process.

  4. It might take some time to generate the QC task depending on the submission data, please wait for up to 5 minutes and then click on Refresh to check the status

2. Attempting a QC task :

Once a QC task is generated, you can click on Open Task to attempt a QC task. Our QC tasks are different for each annotation type. To know how to perform a QC task, you can have a look here:

3. QC Generated :

There are 3 States for a generated QC.

  • Ongoing - When a QC is active, you can click on Open Task to access the QC task. At any time, reviewers can be added or deleted for the task using Edit option.

Completed - When a QC is completed

  • Cancelled - When a QC is stopped voluntarily by a user.

4. Viewing QC Details :

QC details are usually summarized like it is shown in the image below

A user can access the list of all the previous QCs for the submission batch from this section.
