Invite your team
Click on Settings⚙️ to add team members and annotators to your organization.
Invite new users
Choose the role you want for your new member - Admin, Member, Annotator. A link will be sent to the invited user, and the invitee can click on the link in the notification mail to join your organization.
Roles
a) Admin: Access to all the projects and their resources, can invite other users to this organization, and access billing information.
b) Member: Access to all the projects and their resources but cannot invite any other user to this organization.
c) Annotator: This role will not have any access to GT Manage. They will only be allowed to access and work on the GT Create platform (specifically designed to work on annotation tools).
Here is a visual summary of the different permission levels for each role:

Tips: User roles can be changed anytime! That way, a member can easily become an admin or an annotator.
